Ananya has vast experience in manufacturing cable assembly, wire assembly based on the specific requirements of the customers. From simple, point-to-point, to complex multiple-branch harnesses, we provide custom wiring harness manufacturing as well as cable harnesses to commercial, military and aerospace markets.
We can help reduce your project timeline by building specialized and/ or repetitive harnesses for systems. Our engineering team is well versed in the design and construction of harnesses and is available to assist in the development of the most efficient harness to meet your demands.
Once the design is established, we start the process of building a cable/ wire harness by preparing a comprehensive Bill-of-material (BOM), sourcing high quality cables, wires, connectors, adaptors, accessories and consumables from authorised vendors. The wires needed for the harness are cut to the desired length and identified with printing or labelling if necessary. Once cut to the proper length, the wires are stripped to expose the conductor and then fitted with any required terminals or connector housings. These wires and components then are put on the pin board and are bound together by any necessary straps, cable ties, cable lacing, sleeves, tapes, weaves of extruded string, or any combination of these.
Inspection reports of the materials received from vendors, Multi-phase and final inspection and documentation of the product built as per customer requirements are provided along with the delivered product.
Ananya ensures that product which does not conform to product requirements is identified and controlled to prevent its unintended use or delivery.
Majority of our workforce are IPC certified and are proficient in operation of various tools & test equipment for manufacturing of cable and wire looming assemblies.
We train and certify our production, engineering and quality team members to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard, as an integral part of our commitment to continuous improvement of product quality and reliability.
We have in house Certified IPC Trainer (CIT), who trains and certifies team members as Certified IPC Specialists (CIS).
